From application to progress.
A clear coaching process removes guesswork from both the training and the coaching relationship.
The journey
- Apply
- Review
- Consult
- Join
- Onboard
- Train
- Check in
- Adjust
- Progress
01
Application
Tell me where you are and where you want to go.
The application collects the information needed to understand your starting point and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
- Current goal
- Training experience
- Current routine
- Nutrition
- Lifestyle
- Availability
- Biggest challenges
- Coaching preference
Applying doesn't automatically commit you to payment.
02
Review
Your application is reviewed.
The application helps determine whether the coaching service is a suitable fit for your goal, experience and availability.
If more information is required, I'll get in touch before any next step.
03
Consultation
We discuss the goal.
Suitable applicants may have a consultation before joining. It can cover:
- Current situation
- Main goal
- Previous attempts
- Expectations
- Coaching structure
- Questions
04
Acceptance
If it's a good fit, you'll be invited to join.
Payment only becomes available after coaching acceptance. Coaching is a relationship with limited spaces — not a generic instant-buy workout programme.
05
Payment
Activate your coaching.
Once accepted, coaching is activated through secure payment, after which your account and onboarding are opened up.
Accepted applicant → secure payment → account activation → onboarding
06
Onboarding
Build the full picture.
Onboarding collects the detail needed to build an accurate first plan:
- Detailed goals
- Health and readiness information
- Starting weight
- Measurements
- Progress photos
- Training preferences
- Schedule
- Equipment
- Nutrition habits
- Step and activity levels
The more useful information available at the start, the more accurately the initial plan can be built.
07
Plan creation
Your plan is built.
Your coach builds:
- Training programme
- Exercise selection
- Sets and rep ranges
- Progression approach
- Calorie target
- Protein target
- Macro guidance
- Step target
- Initial priorities
Plans are written personally — not generated from a template library.
08
Execution
Now we do the work.
You follow the plan and record the relevant information through the coaching platform. Over the coming stages that platform will show:
- Today's workout
- Weekly training
- Nutrition targets
- Check-in status
- Progress
- Coach feedback
09
Weekly check-in
Every week gives us more information.
Each check-in can assess:
- Weight trend
- Steps
- Training completion
- Nutrition adherence
- Sleep
- Energy
- Hunger
- Performance
- Wins
- Challenges
- Questions
Your coach then reviews the information before the next week begins.
10
Adjustment
Change what needs changing. Keep what's working.
Possible adjustments include:
- Calories
- Macros
- Step targets
- Exercise selection
- Training volume
- Rep targets
- Progression strategy
Not every check-in needs an adjustment.
11
Monthly review
Zoom out.
Every few weeks we review the bigger picture:
- Physical changes
- Performance
- Adherence
- Lifestyle
- Programme effectiveness
- Next priorities
12
The first 12 weeks
12 weeks is the starting block — not a finish line.
The first coaching period establishes:
- Consistency
- Training structure
- Nutrition habits
- Baseline data
- Progress
- Education
- Independence
The goal isn't to need a coach forever.
Great coaching should leave you more capable than when you started. You should understand your training, your nutrition and how to respond when progress changes.
